Kristen Grisius

Partner and General Counsel

Kristen Grisius is a Partner and General Counsel of Headlands Technologies LLC, a global quantitative proprietary trading firm headquartered in Chicago, with offices in New York, Austin, Amsterdam and Singapore.

Prior to joining the firm in its infancy in 2010, she was a Senior Associate at Winston & Strawn, LLP.

Kristen was a Legislative Affairs intern for the White House, and clerked for the Honorable Michael J. Reagan of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Illinois for two years.

She earned a B.S. cum laude in Journalism from Northwestern University, and a J.D. cum laude from Loyola University Chicago.

Kristen grew up in the southwest suburbs of Chicago. As an avid Northwestern fan, she enjoys anything purple.
