Jason Lehman

Founder

Jason Lehman is the co-founder of Headlands Technologies LLC, a global quantitative proprietary trading firm headquartered in Chicago, with offices in New York, Austin, Amsterdam and Singapore.

Prior to founding Headlands Technologies, Mr. Lehman worked in various roles for Citadel Investment Group, LLC in Chicago. Most notably, Mr. Lehman built and ran the global options market making business. He grew this operation into the largest such business, accounting for over 30% of all U.S. Option volume.

Mr. Lehman served on the Board of Directors of the International Securities Exchange (“ISE”), serving on the executive committee during the ISE’s IPO and subsequent acquisition by Deutsche Boerse.

He graduated from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania in 1996 with a B.S. in Economics and Finance.
